2022 EXHIBITOR/SPONSORSHIP PROSPECTUS

WHAT IS INCLUDED

• One free full “Technical” registration is included with each 10’ x 10’ booth or table top purchased. This full registration includes a symposium bag, 1 ticket to each: the Welcome Reception, Gala Event, and Awards Luncheon; plus access to all technical sessions: papers, Workshops & Tutorials; and the Exhibit Hall with EXHIBITOR ribbon.
• All other staff, representatives, and booth workers will have access to the Exhibit Hall and have the option of ordering social event tickets separately.

EXHIBITOR LINK AND DISCOUNT CODES

A special exhibitor registration link and discount codes will be sent to the Sponsor/Exhibitor contact; one code for the full Technical registration and a second code for the booth staff. 

This special link and codes must be used to receive a name badge and EXHIBITOR ribbon.  The ribbon will allow access to the Exhibit Hall before and after hours for setting up and taking down.  Badges are required inside the convention center at all times.

Note 1:  Exhibitor customers and clients may register under the ATTENDEES registration, through the Exhibit Hall Only category.  They will receive a name badge and access to the Exhibit Hall during open hours only.  They will NOT receive an exhibitor ribbon. 

Note 2:  Family members may be registered as Companions, with a Companion Club registration (a fee applies) or with a Basic Badge (no charge, within your own registration).

Note 3:  Anyone under the age 18 is considered a Minor and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

EXHIBIT HALL HOURS

The Exhibit Hall will be open (tentative hours):

• Tuesday, 10 am to 5 pm
• Wednesday, 9 am to 5 pm
• Thursday, 9 am to 12 noon
